BATTLE CREEK, Neb. — Hartington Cedar Catholic earned a berth in the Nebraska State Class C Girls’ Golf Tournament with a third place finish in the District C-3 Tournament, Monday at Fair Play Golf Course in Battle Creek, Nebraska.

Host Battle Creek won the team title with a 397, four strokes better than Norfolk Catholic. Cedar Catholic scored a 414 to finish third.

Pierce senior Sydney Erickson earned medalist honors with an 86, five strokes better than West Holt senior Lydia Stenka. Norfolk Catholic senior Anna Kassmeier was third.
