LINCOLN, Neb. — Hartington-Newcastle tied for third in the Nebraska School Activities Association Cup All-School Standings, announced Monday. Points were scored in both athletic and fine arts activities.

The Wildcats tied Humphrey with 237.5 points. Archbishop Bergan earned top honors with 372.5 points.

Hartington-Newcastle was second to Bergan in the Class D boys’ standings, 227.5 to 212.5.

In the Class D girls’ standings, Wausa finished a close second to Bergan with 165 points, with Hartington-Newcastle tied for eighth at 145 points. Bergan won with 170 points.
