PARKER — Yankton Fury Black scored 40 runs to earn a doubleheader sweep of Parker in youth softball action Thursday evening in Parker. Yankton won by scores of 21-0 and 19-2.

In the opener, Olivia Binde had four hits, three runs scored and two RBI, while Payton Moser and Lenae Wiersma both drove in four runs. Moser, Emma Eichacker and Wiersma all homered, while Camryn Koletzky, Binde, Teighlor Karstens and Hope Lesher all scored three runs.

Karstens was the winning pitcher, with seven strikeouts in three innings.

In the second game, Moser had two hits, three runs scored and four RBI, while Lesher, Chloe Vander Tuig, Wiersma and Koletzky all drove in two runs. Binde all scored three runs.

Koletzky struck out four batters in three innings and Moser struck out the side in a scoreless inning.
