VERMILLION — Vermillion Community Theatre is presenting the smash hit musical “Mamma Mia!” this coming weekend.  Performances are July 12 at 7 p.m., July 13 at 7 p.m., July 14 at 2:30 p.m. and July 15 at 7 p.m.  All performances will be at the Vermillion High School Thomas H. Craig Center for Performing Arts.

This show has a cast of nearly 50 and features hit songs from the Swedish performing group ABBA.  Based on the hit movie, “Mamma Mia!” played on Broadway and then toured for a total of 17 years and has just recently been available for local theatre troupes.  VCT is one of the first in the area to present this lively, toe-tapping jukebox musical.

Tickets are on sale at Davis Pharmacy, the Vermillion HyVee and at the door.  “Will Call” Tickets may be reserved with credit card by calling Davis Pharmacy at 605-624-4444.
