The Cramer-Kenyon Heritage Home has hosted murder mysteries since 2017. Mr. and Mrs. Cramer have often entertained guests in this beautiful Queen Anne home, but the Saturday, Sept. 7, dinner promises to be a bit different. Only female guests are welcome in the home that evening.

Alice Bullfinch Cramer is hosting a dinner party in 1903. Her husband, Nelson, is gone on business. This is the perfect time for Mrs. Cramer to find additional members for the Yankton Magazine Club.

Hors d’oeurves and adult libations are served in the front parlor as everyone becomes acquainted. The group of ladies adjourns to the dining room for a simple, but satisfying meal.

But wait! What is this? The body of Alice’s cousin is discovered and the search to find out who is responsible falls on Alice and her guests. Luckily, the women are naturals at developing theories.

“We have taken a piece of history and expanded on it,” explained Veronica “Roni” Trezona. “Alice was the secretary of the Yankton Magazine Club for 20 years. In that position she got to keep many of the magazines that were passed around. Alice’s magazines are a part of the home and now an important part of this mystery.”

Be a part of this adventure. Call the Cramer-Kenyon Heritage Home (605) 665-7470 to reserve your spot at the table or call or text Trezona at (605) 660-5612. The festivities start at 6 p.m.
