This concerns Dusty Johnson’s column about the Rapid City flood 50 years ago (Press & Dakotan, June 15).

What Dusty failed to point out was the fact that our government thought it was a good idea to do cloud seeding in the Rapid City area which caused the catastrophic flooding. Isn’t it interesting that he should leave that point out? Could our government still be trying to manipulate the weather (climate change)?

Dusty is pretty clueless. Doesn't surprise me.
