The Trump era tax cut for their donors set the record for the most debt added in a single four-year presidential term.

And yet Republicans lifted the debt ceiling without a peep every single time it came to a vote.

The time to argue about the spending by a government (as by a household or a business) is when the spending commitments are MADE, not when the bill comes DUE.

I say invoke the 14th amendment and let the Supreme Court decide.

We’ve seen from the greedy improprieties of this Republican Supreme Court that they’re highly unlikely to destroy the global economy when their own portfolios are at stake.

Let’s put an end to this foolishness once and for all and call the Republicans’ bluff.

As a proud Republican, I was thoroughly dismayed (at first) to hear House Oversight Committee Chairman, James Comer announce on FoxNews this Sunday that he ‘can’t track down’ the top informant in the Biden Crime family probe.

Initially, I simply couldn’t believe it! Just as we were wrapping up our exhaustive five-year investigation into Hunter Biden's tax affairs and the rot at the heart of the Biden Crime family, SOMEBODY MISPLACED THE SMOKING GUN‼️

The reliably conservative Washington Times had this to say about it:

“Comer and top GOP lawmakers in the House have alleged that Mr. Biden’s family members, including his son Hunter, received millions of dollars from foreign entities in China and Romania, including when Mr. Biden was vice president.”

“Well, unfortunately, we can’t track down the informant,” Mr. Comer said on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures With Maria Bartiromo.” “We’re hopeful that the informant is still there. The whistleblower knows the informant. The whistleblower is very credible.”

“Mr. Comer suggested that the White House was behind the informant’s unknown whereabouts, but he declined to elaborate and did not produce the evidence. But he said he is withholding it “for a later time” and that the informant is in the “spy business” who does not “make a habit of being seen a lot.”

Oh, boy‼️That’s a problem isn’t it? What can you do if the disappearing informant is under such “deep cover”?

So there’s no way to put out a missing persons bulletin, is there ⁉️

Or put his face on a milk carton with “HAVE YOU SEEN THIS PERSON” followed by the phone number of Comer’s House Oversight Committee⁉️

(Incidentally Mr. Comer’s House Oversight Committee phone number is 202-225-5074 in case any of my fellow Republicans has anything else Comer can investigate while he Twitters his thumbs waiting for the informant to get back to him.)

HOWEVER, the crucial sentence in the Washington Times article was this:

“Republican committee members have alleged that Mr. Biden was potentially influenced by foreign sources.”

Well, that last sentence calmed me down, fellow Republicans. And the key word is “alleged.”

Remember the seven investigations into Hillary Clinton and Benghazi?

Well those were all just allegations, too, weren’t they? But that was all we really needed. Lots of ALLEGATIONS‼️

And at the time, Speaker-to-be, Kevin McCarthy, hit the nail on the head. After all the Benghazi investigations were over he told respected Journalist, Sean Hannity:

“Everybody thought Hillary Clinton was unbeatable, right? But we put together a Benghazi special committee, a select committee. And what are her numbers today? Her numbers are dropping!”

The Trump Administration’s Attorney General, William Barr selected Special Counsel John Durham to “investigate the investigators.” It began so long ago you may have forgotten.

Durham’s mission was to investigate how government agents hunted for links between the Trump campaign and Russian efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.

These Russian links were documented in the widely ignored Mueller Report after Mr. Barr mischaracterized Mueller’s finding weeks ahead of Barr’s eventual release of the Report.

Mr. Mueller’s written objections to Barr’s mischaracterizations came too late to affect public perceptions.

And - in fact - Durham’s mission wasn’t actually to disprove the thoroughly documented Mueller Report itself.

Instead, Durham’s mission was to prove that the government investigators broke the law in how they went about its investigation.

Durham’s investigation took almost four years, cost taxpayers more than $6.5 million and didn’t send a single person to jail.

Of course Trumpsters told us that Durham would uncover the “crime of the century.”

And Durham’s final report comes against a backdrop of Durham’s two failed prosecutions.

Durham didn’t recommend any new charges against any additional individuals and didn’t recommend any changes about how the FBI handles politically charged investigations.

In what has turned out to be a $6.5 million “Hand slap,” Durham did, however, strongly criticize the agency’s behavior.

And as indictments and convictions continue coming down on TrumpWorld, this is all Trumpsters will have to refer to.

Just like Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer’s investigation into Joe Biden’s “corruption,” this was a bust and an embarrassment.

At least Durham’s investigation came in at half a million less than the seven fruitless Benghazi investigations (7 million).

Jayapal said that progressive leaders have been transparent about their thoughts on the debt ceiling debates.

"We have made it clear ... that if they give on these core Democratic values, there will be a huge backlash," she said, adding that there will be "backlash at the polling booth" with progressives not turning out.

I thought our country was in great shape? I thought Joey and the democrats were doing such a great job running our country that we had zero issues? Lakeisha Bowers, whose son graduated from a Brooklyn school now housing migrants, and NYC council member Ari Kagan said Tuesday to explain why community members are up in arms.

"It is not a hotel, it's not a shelter. It is a school gym. So the children of Coney Island should not pay for the misguided policies of the Biden administration," said Kagan.

According to New York Post, dozens of migrants will be housed at the gym outside the P.S. 188 Brooklyn elementary school with no timetable on how long the building will be used as an emergency site for migrants.

The migrants’ arrival comes just two days after the principal at PS 188 warned the city to choose the school facility as an emergency, temporary site for migrants.

Several migrant families were supposed to be sent to the stand-alone gym adjacent to the rest of the school building late last week, but the plan was put on hold amid community outrage.

"Why a school? That’s the part I don’t get. There’s always other options. A lot of the buildings around here, they have fallout shelters that are spacious, and used for emergencies," said a woman who lives near the Coney Island school.

The Big Apple continues to struggle mightily to house and care for the flood of migrants arriving from across the southern border – with many of them bussed from border states like Texas. Over the last year, tens of thousands of migrants have reached the city.

How is this lower income person going to keep their job if they have to buy a $50,000 car? Most won't be able to. You say, well they can buy a used one. Really, maybe someday the used car market might get them down to $30,000 or even $20,000, but with a short life span on the batteries, they get to spend another $10,000 on replacing the batteries. Oh, and guess what, the lower income family that somehow has managed to purchase a home in the democrats inflated economy, now they get to pay someone to put a charging station in their home, so they get to spend another $3,000. You see, all of this hurts the lower and middle income people in our country, but as I have been saying for years now DEMOCRATS DON'T CARE WHO THEY HURT. You say, well they can take a bus, that's great, how many busses run from city to city in our state as a daily route, NONE OF THEM. Democrats don't care who they hurt, they don't care how much it costs, they are going to make their buddies and their friends in China richer since China supplies almost all the minerals needed to make these car batteries, you see, the U.S. WILL NOT SUPPLY ANY MINERALS NEEDED FOR THESE CAR BATTERIES, ZERO, NONE, THE DEMOCRATS WILL NOT ALLOW THESE KINDS OF MINES TO OPEN IN THE U.S., so we are 100% dependent on other nations, once again. The Morrison family plans to file a lawsuit against Nichols Middle School for allegedly violating their son Liam’s First Amendment rights.

Nichols Middle School is part of the Middleborough Public Schools district about halfway between Boston and Cape Cod.

Liam, 12, said he was told to remove his “two genders” shirt almost immediately when he arrived at school.

The whistleblower’s attorneys told Congress that the removal was on the order of the Department of Justice.

"Today the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Supervisory Special Agent we represent was informed that he and his entire investigative team are being removed from the ongoing and sensitive investigation of the high-profile, controversial subject about which our client sought to make whistleblower disclosures to Congress," the letter states.

"He was informed the change was at the request of the Department of Justice," attorneys Mark Lytle and Tristan Leavitt wrote.

ONLY the democratic party would be ok with this, just more evidence that the people in this party are nasty, vile people, that hate America, that hate our police officers, that hate so much about our country, yet democrats keep voting these kind of people back into office, this is the new democratic party in America folks, no wonder democrats all hate MAGA since it stands for MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, it's totally opposite of what they want - Two members of progressive group "the Squad" were the only Democrats to vote against a resolution that memorialized police officers killed in the line of duty and expressed condolences to their loved ones.
