With the theme of “We Need a Little Christmas,” the Yankton United Church of Christ (Congregational), Fifth and Walnut, invites the community to its annual Christmas Coffee and Bake Sale. The event, cancelled last year due to COVID outbreaks, will be held in Pilgrim Hall in the church basement on Saturday, Dec. 4, from 2-4 p.m.

The bake sale offers a wide variety of baked goods from kuchen and kolaches to Christmas cookies and breads, as well as many other unique and festive holiday treats prepared by members of the church. Baked items for those on special diets are included. There is no charge to shop at the bake sale.

Throughout the afternoon, home-baked pie, coffee and cider can be enjoyed in the hall, beautifully decorated with the holiday theme.

Tickets can be obtained ahead of time from church members, at the church office located in the Religious Education wing (enter at the west alley door between 1-4 p.m. weekdays), and at the door on the day of the event.
