A half-day virtual retreat, “Prepare the Way of the Lord: Being Prophetic in a World of Trouble,” will include short presentations, quiet reflection time, and prayer, led by the staff of the Benedictine Peace Center of Sacred Heart Monastery, Yankton, on Saturday, Dec. 4.

Participants will be invited to reflect on biblical prophetic figures and examples of contemporary prophetic Christians.  We will explore our own Baptismal call to be prophetic, to speak the mind of God in the midst of our personal challenges to help prepare the way of the Lord in a troubled world.

Join the Sisters on Zoom from 9:30 a.m.-noon on Saturday, Dec. 4. Register by Dec. 2 by sending your email address to the benedictinepeacectr@yanktonbenedictines.org. For more information, call 605-668-6292 or go to the webpage https://yanktonbenedictines.org/advent-retreat/.
