The Yankton County Office of Emergency Management in conjunction with the South Dakota Department of Public Safety and FEMA, want to provide you with a phone number to use if you sustained losses or damages in this spring’s flooding. This is for individuals. Towns and townships will be provided information separately.

To register, call 1-800-621-3362. You will need to provide some basic information as well as your Social Security Number, any private insurance information you have, address and zip code, your phone number plus basic directions to your home.

A phone number is also available to TTY users: 1-800-462-7585. In addition, you can also register online at www.disasterassistance.gov .
