Daily Record Policy

The Press & Dakotan publishes police and sheriff reports as a public service to its readers. It is important to remember that an arrest should not imply guilt and that every person is presumed innocent until proven otherwise. When juveniles are released from jail, it is into the care of a parent or guardian.

It is the policy of the Press & Dakotan to publish all names made available in the police and court reports. There are no exceptions.

Arrests

• Jennifer Parmelee, 38, Yankton, was arrested Wednesday on a probation hold.

• Trissa McBride, 24, Yankton, was arrested Wednesday on warrants for failure to appear and unauthorized possession of a controlled substance.

• Cameron Zephier, 23, Lake Andes, was arrested Wednesday on two warrants for violation of terms and conditions.

• Beau Mackey, 42, Vermillion, was arrested Wednesday on a parole hold.

• Darcie Cook, 28, Yankton, was arrested Wednesday on warrants for unauthorized possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear, breach of conditions without order, possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized ingestion of a controlled drug or substance.

• Gage Brock, 26, Sioux Falls, was arrested Wednesday on two warrants for failure to appear.

• Joshua Greenfield, 31, Parker, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for failure to appear.
