Daily Record Policy

The Press & Dakotan publishes police and sheriff reports as a public service to its readers. It is important to remember that an arrest should not imply guilt and that every person is presumed innocent until proven otherwise. When juveniles are released from jail, it is into the care of a parent or guardian.

It is the policy of the Press & Dakotan to publish all names made available in the police and court reports. There are no exceptions.


• Elmanzo Provancial, 47, Yankton, was arrested Friday on a parole hold.

• Michael Cline, 33, Avon, was arrested Friday on a probation hold.

• Kellen Soulek, 24, Yankton, was arrested Friday for ingesting or inhaling a substance to become intoxicated, possession of marijuana (2 oz. or less) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jim Eisenhauer, 33, Yankton, was arrested Saturday for leaving an accident scene (attended — four counts) and driving under the influence.

• Emelio Eagle Feather, 37, Yankton, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for failure to appear.

• Tyler Mutchler, 31, Yankton, was arrested Saturday on a Department of Corrections hold.

• Shawn Coles, 51, Yankton, was arrested Sunday for driving under the influence.

• Michelle Stahly, 51, Yankton, was arrested Monday on a warrant for failure to appear.

• Kevin Haug, 44, Fordyce, Neb., was arrested Monday for resisting arrest; obstructing an officer, jailer or firefighter; and possession of a controlled substance.

• Terry Hausman, 54, Yankton, was arrested Monday on a probation hold for possession of a controlled substance.
