SIOUX FALLS (AP) -- A Sioux Falls man faces six counts of indecent exposure and other charges after police say they found numerous videotapes that show him exposing himself in public.
Verle Peter Dills, 60, was arrested after a neighbor called police around 5:45 a.m. Monday to report a man in his backyard, said Police Information Officer Loren McManus.
Police tracked Dills to his home where a search turned up a video camera, a tripod and videotapes which mostly showed Dills wearing a trenchcoat and exposing himself while standing near a street or in a park, McManus said.
