LINCOLN, Neb. -- Crofton senior Nicole Van Heek was named second-team All-State, as the Nebraska Associated Press announced its all-state girls' basketball teams on Tuesday.

Crofton, which finished third in Class C1, had three other players named to the honorable mention list: Caitlin Jones, Molly Van Heek and Morgan Wilken. Crieghton's Katie Demuth was also an honorable mention selection in Class C1.

Honorable mention selections in Class C2 included Jenny and Kari Schroeder of Laurel-Concord, and Kala Sudbeck of Cedar Catholic. Coleridge's Dana Hansen, Taylor Olsen and Kelsey Papenhausen; Wausa's Brittany Rosberg and Savannah Wakeley, and Verdigre's Sandie Liska earned honorable mention accolades in Class D2.
