Pacesetter South Dakota Youth Basketball State Championships Set For Sioux Falls April 6-7

SIOUX FALLS — The Fourth Annual Pacesetter South Dakota Youth Basketball State Championships have been set in Sioux Falls on April 6-7. 

The 5th grade, 7th grade, and 9th grade girls and the 6th grade and 8th grade boys will play at Augustana College’s Elmen Center on Saturday, April 6, and the 6th and 8th grade girls and 5th grade, 7th grade and 9th grade boys will play on Sunday, April 7.

All community and school youth teams in grades 5-9 are eligible to enter this play off system. Teams are guaranteed to play 3-4 games. All players must attend the same school or live in the same school district. Each state tournament bracket is limited to the first sixteen teams to enter.

The top two teams in each age and gender group will be invited to play in the Pacesetter Great Four-State Championships at the Target Center in Minneapolis against the top two teams from Minnesota, North Dakota and Iowa for the over-all four-state championship.

  • 4 Be Nice. No racism, sexism or any sort of -ism that is degrading to another person.
