Police: Meth Lab Discovered In Yankton

A clandestine meth lab has been discovered in Yankton, according to the Yankton Police Department.

Lt. Todd Brandt said an anonymous tip was received through Crime Stoppers Thursday of a possible lab at 1205 Ferdig Avenue.

The police department, along with agents from the State of South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation, conducted an investigation in to the anonymous report.

Components of a clandestine methamphetamine lab were discovered at the residence.

No subjects were arrested at the scene, and the investigation is ongoing.
