Exercise Class Available For Cancer Patients

You can benefit from exercise after a cancer diagnosis. Attend a group chair exercise class at no charge for cancer patients, cancer survivors and caregivers. Every Tuesday from 10-10:30 a.m. at Avera Sacred Heart Cancer Center. Classes start Tuesday, Jan. 31. 

After the first session, chair massages will be provided by an Avera Sacred Heart Massage Therapy licensed therapist, available from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
